Mona El Mansouri is a director and life coach and started her career as a screenwriter for various German advertising agencies before she was finally drawn into the world of filmmaking, working as an assistant director for renowned directors such as Jean Paul Seaulie, Detlev Buck, Sönke Wortmann, Niko Caro and Roman Kuhn.

Mona has been directing since 1997 and is considered a pioneer. As one of the first successful female directors in Germany, she is now represented throughout Europe and in the USA. Her portfolio is broad and includes work for major clients such as VW, Deutsche Bahn, Guinness, Jägermeister, Schöffenhofer and Leibniz.
